* TRACK LINK
Track links are assigned to fit various size and capacity of track mounted vehicles, ranging track links pitch from 135 mm to 215 mm with dried types, seal types. We are assinged to develop any models by customers individual demand.
* TRACK & CARRIER ROLLER.
Track rollers are made of specialized steel for the maximizing durability with wear resistance, properly heat treated body to produce optimum performance of the machine and life time seal and lubrication which were thoroughly checked by compressed air on each roller in order to ensure a perfect sealing. Thus, the perfect oil sealed lubrication is assured of life time service operation in terms of retaining the oil lubricant for the perfect operation between shafts and bearings.
* SPROCKET.
Cast material maximizes surface hardness and wears resistance with interior toughness and shock resistance. Core and case properties depend on largely on type of materials and heat treatment. Selection of best material and one-touch heat treatment will ensure greater core strength, efficiency, economical and interchangeable to suit every machine.
* IDLER.
The most important criterion for the idler is the hardness of the surface, accurate machining, wear resistance. Its components like shaft and floating seals are also a bigger bonus in going to harder railing surface. Recently it tends to be one simple technique which is the light, compact, and economical but mostly tailored to be designed by what customers required.

* PIN & BUSHING.

* BUCKET PIN.
Bucket pins are designed to maintain accurate and durable connection in boom and bucket under the most fatigue conditions while it operates. * TRACK SHOE.
